Good location, very close to a bus station and a 10-15 min walk to a metro station. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, bed was comfy and the bathroom was really big. It was nice to have a bathtub. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with good variety of food available.

We did not have a breakfast, everything was prefect, just the problem was the painting work, which affected our comfort and rest.

- Staff were really helpful. - Huge, comfortable bed. - Excellent wheelchair access throughout whole hotel - Great price for the location, about 30 mins from centre of Madrid (10-15 min walk to Metro and 15 mins on Metro) and 10-15 mins drive from airport. - Quiet rooms despite hotel being on busy road.

A comfortable hotel in a beautiful quiet neighborhood which covers the distance fact from the city center that can be easily accessible by bus 28, the stop is just near the hotel(as in photo), or a 15 minute walk to Metro San Blas or Suanzes to go to any location in Madrid. The staff are kind and helpful. The room is comfy and has the main necessities. The price is okay for a 4 star hotel in a main attraction city like Madrid and compared to private apartments. They can arrange a taxi pickup for you but that's not difficult to do it yourself with airport taxis that work on taxi meter or via taxi apps...So it would be a good add if the hotel has a shuttle bus or private transfer from airport/central bus stations. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at 11.30 am, which was very nice. The room was very comfortable and everything looked new and worked well. The staff were friendly and the room was serviced well. The continental breakfast was one of the best I've had in terms of range and quality. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Stayed in a twin bed. lovely shower with a fixed head and a moveable part. Had a bidet in the bathroom always a great surprise. Breakfast was good-basic, buffet style with option to order hot food. mainly cold meats and breads. We picked this hotel because it was near the stadium for Metallica. was literally about a 20 min walk. ideal for walking back afterwards.

All the facilities both in the room and bath were as expected, thank you! WiFi is stable (note: it should be reconnected every day if you do not shut down you computer but only make it sleep) and fast enough.

I arrived at 5 am with my son, our dog, and our 12 massive suitcases moving internationally. They were very kind to let us store them until we got the room, which we got by around 10 am, although check in is at 2 pm. We spent the time having a lovely large breakfast. The restaurant was open on Sunday night, and the food was amazing. Everybody was very welcoming of us and the dog. I got directions on how to use public transport to spend a day around in Madrid.

First of all, I need to say that the hotel is very well connected to means of transportation. There are at least 3 buses which can get you very quick to Airport / City center. It is true that you might have to change the bus at least once but it is not a major issue since Madrid's transportation is very good. Room was big, clean and very cozy. The heating was on point for room 343. The breakfast was very rich and tasty and it was worth 15 euros. We could leave our luggage at the reception whilst we visited the city a bit before going to the airport.
